About the artist

Italian-Argentinian painter, sculptor, architect, poet and philosopher, Marino di Teana, born Francesco Marino, is best known for his monumental works, of which “La Liberté” remains the most impressive and is to this day the largest in Europe with 21 meters high and 100 tons of Corten steel. Marino di Teana is also known for his “tri-unitary” theory of the “active vacuum”, considered by Harry Belley as one of the most important discoveries of the sculpture of the 20th century.
