FRANCESCO MARINO DI TEANA

1920 - 2012

Born in Italy in 1920 into a modest family, he moved to Paris in 1953.

A man of the arts, he excelled in many fields, including painting, sculpture, architecture, poetry and philosophy.

But it was in sculpture that he excelled.  His achievements made him one of the most important sculptors of the second half of the 20th century. Renowned for the beauty of his creations, he was also admired by his peers for his theories on tri-unit logic and architectural sculpture.
